When you make a reservation here on our website, you can be sure that you're receiving the best rate that we have available. If you do happen to find the room at a lower rate elsewhere, have no fear.

We will match and beat any comparable rate.

The only stipulation to this policy is that the rate has to be for the same room type, during the same dates. Rates vary due to demand. As long is it's an equal comparison, we'll make sure that you get the best rate on this website.

If you find a lower rate on another website, we'll beat it by 10%. 

Just take a screenshot of the other rate and send it to reservations@avalonhotelnyc.com within 24 hours of discovery and we'll book you in at your new rate.

While rates vary, we always want those that book directly to get the best deal. This is true even after you've made your reservation.

If you find a lower rate on another website after booking on our website, we'll beat it by 5%. 

*This process is contingent on the policy of the reservation allowing for the change e.g. if your Expedia/Booking.com doesn't allow for cancellation, Avalon Hotel cannot cancel and rebook for you at a lower rate.
